The video was recorded by a head constable of the UT police, who is in security of the advocate.

Nilambari Jagdale, UT SSP, said an inquiry will be conducted into the matter.

Meanwhile, Utsav Bains claims that he, along with the Chandigarh Police, is providing the needy and poor with food at the PGI during the curfew from past few days. “The grocery purchased by me was to be used to prepare food packets to be distributed at the PGI,” he said.
