The court noted that despite seeking a case record from the Balongi SHO and Investigating Officer, neither was produced, nor any clarification received. The policemen were ordered to be physically present in the court within two days of receiving the notice.

Similarly, Kharar city SHO was instructed to furnish the record related to a bail application of a woman, but it was not submitted. The court ordered to furnish the record within two days. Inability to produce record would be considered as adequate grounds for no clarification, the notice stated.

Similarly, the Zirakpur SHO and investigation officer failed to produce the record related to the bail application of Nagendra Kumar.
