Ambala, April 11

The CIA-1 unit of the police have arrested a criminal, who was wanted in four states in connection with six cases, with an illegal weapon.

The accused has been identified as David Lahoria, a resident of Ambala City.

There were cases filed against him in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Ambala ASP Deepak Kumar said on April 8, the CIA-1 unit got information about the presence of a wanted criminal. A checkpost was installed near a hotel, and the accused arrested with a countrymade pistol.

The ASP said cases of assault, firing, NDPS and fleeing police custody had been registered against him in the four states. He was produced before the court that sent him to three-day police remand.
