Telephone Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), New Delhi, in collaboration with the Patiala Consumers & Telephone Subscribers Forum organised a Consumer Awareness Programme (CAP) for the students of District Institute of Education &Training (DIET) Fatehgarh Sahib.
