The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission here has directed the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to refund Rs 60,94,941 to a city resident with interest.

The commission also directed the DDA to pay a compensation of Rs 1.50 lakh to the complainant for mental agony and Rs33,000 for the cost of litigation.
