The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a man in the case pertaining to the attack on Bollywood singer Badshah’s club in Sector 26, Chandigarh.

The accused, Deepak, a resident of Faridkot, Punjab, was in constant contact with gangster Goldy Brar, said the police. On November 26, 2024, two low-intensity explosions occurred near two nightclubs in Sector 26 around 4 am. CCTV footage showed a man throwing crude bombs at the clubs before escaping from the scene. No one was injured in the incident. However, the explosions caused some damage to the properties.

Shortly after the incident, Goldy Brar, an associate of Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the attack in a purported Facebook post.
