he Director, PGIMER, Vivek Lal, launched Digi Seva PGI, an online registration and doctor priority system aimed at transforming patient care. This digital initiative not only simplifies hospital registration, but also introduces priority-based doctor consultations, a feature that was previously unavailable. By ensuring that patients with urgent medical needs or prior appointments are seen first, Digi Seva significantly reduces waiting time and improves healthcare efficiency.
