Top seed Korea’s Donghyun Hwang and Polina Kuharenko won boys’ and girls’ titles, respectively, during the concluding day of the J200 Chandigarh ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors Tournament held at the Sector 10 CLTA complex.

In the boys’ final, Hwang logged an easy straight set win over Ruslan Kastsiukevich. Hwang won the first set 6-3, and then logged another stunning 6-0 win in the next set to seal the title. Similarly, in the girls’ final Polina Kuharenko easily blanked Daria Koreshkova 6-4, 6-2 to grab the trophy.

SM Sharma, Vice-President, Dr Reet Mahinder Singh, member, executive committee, Megh Raj, chief operating officer, and Y Romen Singh, director, coaching and development, CLTA, distributed the prizes among the winners and runner-ups of the singles finals.
