An eight-kilometre pipeline will be laid in this project, in which the rising main will be 2.2 km. The project will be completed by December 2025, which will ensure the supply of drinking water to the city residents and will have the capacity to supply water for many years to come. “As soon as we came to power, we took steps to solve this problem, got the project through the Water Supply Department and got it approved by the Chief Minister,” Chadha said.
