Mohali: Vigilance Bureau sleuths on Thursday arrested the manager of an ESI dispensary in Kharar for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs10,000. The suspect has been identified as Chandra Mohini. Kharar resident Mohinder Singh had complained that Mohini was seeking a bribe of Rs10,000 from him. A trap was laid and the manager caught taking the bribe. —TNS
