Retired sessions Judge RK Kashyap (73) from Panchkula, whose body was found on railway tracks near Shahabad, Kurukshetra, left a note stating he alone was responsible for his death, the Government Railway Police (GRP) confirmed today.

Kashyap, a resident of Sector 27, Panchkula, went missing on Thursday morning after leaving for his regular walk at the herbal park in Sector 26. His son Nipun Kashyap lodged a missing person complaint at the Chandimandir police station when he failed to return home. The GRP has initiated inquest proceedings in the incident.
