A family from Zirakpur which was having vegetarian food at Sethi Dhaba in Zirakpur on the auspicious day of ‘ashtami’ to break their fast allegedly found meat bones in the food. They said they would file a complaint in this regard.

They were shocked to find the bones in the vegetarian dishes on a special day of Navratras when people were fasting and following religious rituals. The family had been fasting and performing puja for the past eight days and were looking forward to a meal at the eatery.

When they complained to the dhaba owner, Vansh Sethi, he reportedly admitted that it was their kitchen staff’s fault. The aggrieved customers are demanding an apology and strict action against the eatery for their negligence and lack of concern for their customers' dietary preferences.
