The administration has cancelled the consultancy licenses of five Kharar-based immigration firms for violating the provisions of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012.

The firms include Shine Future Worldwide Consultants Private Limited, New Sunny Enclave; Touch Sky Visas, GTB Nagar, Near Bus Stand, Kharar; Stark Global Consultant, Jhungian Road, Kharar; Soft Tech Education Services, Sector 125, Sunny Enclave; Jasmeet Enterprises, Chandigarh-Kharar Road; and JK International Immigration Services, Shivalik City. The firm violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act by receiving undelivered registered letter of residential and office address, not getting license renewed, not sending information regarding monthly reports.
