All five crime units of the police carried out simultaneous raids between 6 am and 9 am and as part of a drive to tighten the noose around criminals.

According to ACP Crime Arvind Kamboj, during the operation the Crime Branch Sector 26 team carried out checks and searched suspected locations in Sectors 26 and 28. Similarly, the Crime Branch Sector 19 team maintained strict vigilance Rajiv Colony . Another team conducted intensive checks in Bangla Basti, Pinjore, and at Kalka Railway Station.

A team of the detective staff raided Kharak Mangoli and seized five motorcycles for verification. The Crime Branch, Sector 19, nabbed two suspected thieves, while the Sector 26 unit arrested three criminals.
