Gupta said Majri Chowk is the main entry point of Panchkula and asked the NHAI officers to prepare a comprehensive plan for the beautification of the vacant land below the flyover here. He also issued directions for shifting the existing roads at Majri Chowk and said this would widen the main road as well as the slip roads on all sides, ensuring smooth movement of vehicles.

He also inspected the entry point of Panchkula in Sectors 17 and 18 and directed officials that the roadside on both sides of the entry point be made cleaner, greener, and more beautiful.
