Lalru: Four dupe people on pretext of jobs in Indian Army, held

Lalru, July 7
The police have arrested four persons suspected of duping residents on the pretext of getting them jobs in the Indian Army.
The suspects have been identified as Sachin (19), alias Fauji, and Chandra Shekhar (19), both residents of Sirsa, Prem (24) and Sunil Kumar (23), both from Hisar.
They were booked under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC at the Lalru police station. A laptop, a car, an Army uniform, fake certificates and appointment letters had been seized from the suspects, the police said. The police said Rs2 lakh had been recovered from Sachin and Rs85,000 from Chandra. The money was taken from innocent youths.
