Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria will inaugurate the league on August 26. Two matches will be played every day at the Sector 16 stadium.

The six franchise slots have been allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring complete transparency in ownership, claimed the UTCA.

Altruistians, Capital Strikers, Chandigarh Kings, Dr Morepen Dazzlers, Panchkula Bashers and Talanoa Tigers will participate in the league.
