In a first, the Rupnagar administration has introduced free E-Rickshaw services for the convenience of the pilgrims and visitors. Special arrangements have been made for the convenience and smooth transportation of devotees traveling to Sri Anandpur Sahib during Hola Mohalla.

Free E-Rickshaw services will be available from Jhinjri village, Agampur (in front of Bhullar Petrol Pump) and Chandesar, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free journey, especially for elderly persons, children, specially-abled individuals and women.

Additionally, free bus services will also be operated from these locations. —TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
