With a dip in Covid-19 cases, the GMCH-32 has decided to close some of the Covid wards in a gradual manner. “No new Covid patient will be sent to the Sector 48 hospital unless all beds in Covid wards and ICUs are full on the GMCH-32 campus. The Sector 32 campus will keep a buffer of 10 beds to take care of emergencies,” said Yashpal Garg, nodal officer for Covid management at the GMCH-32.
