“We have come to know that some government employees had suspiciously supported the Congress while in office, seemingly attempting to benefit the party. This detailed report will soon be presented to the Chief Minister, urging the government to take note of officers and employees who misused their position,” said Gupta, who lost the election to Congress candidate Chander Mohan in the Panchkula segment.

Gupta made these remarks during a thanksgiving event for workers of the constituency in Sector 1 today.

The BJP leader said he would keep working for the city’s development. “I will ensure officers fulfil their public duties,” he added.
