Harmilan Bains, who won two silver medals in 1500m and 800m at Hangzhou Asian Games last year, will now represent Chandigarh in the national and international athletics tournaments. She hails from Mahilpur in Punjab.

In the latest Sports Policy of the UT Administration, the international achievers will be awarded a handsome cash prize.
