Haryana Speaker Gian Chand Gupta congratulated the entire team of the Health Department on achieving 100 per cent coverage of both doses of Covid-19 vaccine in the district.
With this, Panchkula became the third district in the state to achieve this milestone, he said. Gupta said till now 50 per cent children in the age group of 15 to 18 years had been administered the first dose of the Covid vaccine in Panchkula.
Gupta said efforts made under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to prevent the spread of Covid in the country were unmatched.

He said though the third wave of the Covid was not as severe as the previous ones, people need to be cautious and follow proper protocols.
