On the second day of Kaarvaan fest, rising stars of DAV College, Sector 10, performed diverse cultural performances. The photo fair by Pixels Club was the centre of attraction. Students portrayed various forms of photography and left the audience spellbound.

The students performed various foot-tapping Haryanvi, Himachali and Punjabi songs. Several students performed mimicry and other forms of dances. Gajendra Phogat, a renowned Haryanvi artiste’s performance left everybody spellbound. Audience relished the performance by Phogat and his group. Piyush’s beat-boxing gig left the audience mesmerised. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
