During the visit, several patients and their families voiced concerns over long waiting times and service delays. Brar assured them their grievances would be addressed. Taking note of the heavy rush in the Emergency Department, he directed hospital authorities to increase registration counters and streamline patient processing to minimise delays.

He also suggested measures to strengthen healthcare delivery, including improved inter-departmental coordination, faster emergency response and regular maintenance of medical infrastructure. Emphasising the need for a patient-friendly environment, he urged staff to maintain cleanliness, empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
