It is for the second time that tenders have been called, the last date to apply for which is August 7.

Parts of Sector 101 fall under the ambit of the Aam Aadmi Party government’s newly launched land pooling policy, wherein there are relaxations on the condition of environmental impact assessment study.

GMADA is also mulling the development of Sector 87 as a mixed-land use area, earlier marked as a commercial zone, under the land pooling policy. The development authority has initiated land acquisition of 236 acres in Sohana, Manakpur and Nanu Majra villages for this excercise.
