Senior India pacer Ishant Sharma today heaped praise on Chandigarh’s Kashvee Gautam who created history by taking all the 10 Arunachal Pradesh wickets to seal a 161-run win for her team in a Women’s U-19 One Day Trophy match at KSRM College Ground in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, yesterday.

“Congratulations Kashvee Gautam for making history in U19 Women’s one-day trophy!! Trophy Not only just grabbing ten wickets in the match, but also one hattrick!! We are proud of you!!” Ishant tweeted.

Earlier in the match, Kashvee, who is also the captain of the side, scored a patient 68-ball 49 to take Chandigarh to 186/4.

Ishant snared five wickets in India’s first Test against New Zealand in Wellington but could not help the team avoid the defeat.
