Chandigarh: Junction 48, 59 roads to close for recarpeting work

Roads at the Attawa chowk and bus stand chowk will be temporary closed from tomorrow due to the recarpeting work.

The recarpeting work of slip roads at junction 48 (Attawa chowk/roundabout Sector 35-36, 42-43) and junction 59 (Bus stand chowk//roundabout 43-44, 51-52) is scheduled to from February 22 to 26. During the execution of the work, roads at these roundabouts will be temporarily closed.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
