The estimated cost of the construction of the extension block is Rs 10.47 crore (approx), including construction of the four-storey building, which will also house a waiting area, a canteen and the furnishings of all rooms. The new classrooms with better lighting, ventilation and seating arrangements are likely to create a more comfortable and focussed learning space. Smart classrooms, computer labs and digital learning tools enhance teaching methods and student engagement. The building will be handed over to the Education Department in the next academic session.
