Chandigarh, February 18

Right-arm medium-pacer Kashvee Gautam will lead the 15-member Chandigarh squad in the Women’s U-19 One Day Tournament, scheduled to be played on the sidelines of the Women’s Seniors One Day Trophy, which kicks off at Puducherry from tomorrow.

Kashvee hogged the limelight during the ongoing U-23 Women’s One Day Trophy where she picked 31 wickets in the league stage.

As many as 10 teams are participating in the tournament to be held at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

Chandigarh girls will play their inaugural match against Bihar on February 20. They will face J&K on February 23, followed by Arunachal Pradesh on February 25, Puducherry on February 28, Meghalaya on March 3, Manipur on March 6, Sikkim on March 8, Mizoram on March 10 and Nagaland on March 12.

The team will be accompanied by coach Deepak Lohtiya, manager Anushka Suryavanshi, physio Mala Devi and trainer Sagar Sudan.
