The Governor listened to each complaint seriously and directed the officials concerned to take action. “Unless you listen to the public, you will not be able to understand their pain. It is not just a matter of listening, but a record of every complaint will be maintained and its resolution will also be ensured,” he said.

After the Janta Darbar, the Administrator held a meeting with senior officers, during which the complaints received from the public were reviewed.
