Champion’s Cricket Academy, Kharar, defeated Cricket Bash Academy, Mohali, by eight wickets in the 1st Bal Krishan Dass Memorial U-14 Tournament today.

Batting first, the Mohali outfit posted 137 runs before getting all out in 29.2 overs. Manthan Sharma (38), Chaitanya Verma (18), Meet Dahiya (17), Agampreet Singh (14) and Amitoj (11) contributed in the total. Anmol Khera (4/7) was the pick of the bowlers.

In reply, Champion’s Cricket Academy lads posted 141/2 in 25.1 overs with the help of Shubham Sharma (70) and Chakshu Kumar (25). — TNS
