An unidentified man reportedly fell off the Nangal Dam-Ambala Cantt passenger train near the Alamgir-Lalru level crossing on Friday. Passersby informed the railway police and rushed him to the Dera Bassi subdivisional hospital. The doctors referred him to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Sector 32, Chandigarh.

The victim, who has not been identified yet, was wearing a red T-shirt and black pants. Railway officials said the matter has been reported to the higher officials.
