Chandigarh: Municipal Corporation SDE (B&R) Jagdeep Singh alleged that Mahinder Singh Kalra, supervisor of the firm undertaking recarpeting of road, misbehaved with Ajay Kumar Garg, XEN, and the complainant deterred them while performing duty near site of road repair and recarpeting work at dividing road, Sector 55/56 on December 24.The suspects humiliated the officials and tore their clothes when they inquired about the testing of premix samples.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
