When he reached near a temple, he felt if someone was following him. He stated that when he reached near his house and parked his car, three youths, who had their faces covered, came there on a motorcycle.

He stated that one of them was sitting on a motorcycle while two youths holding a rod and a hammer opened the door of his car and started attacking him. Goyal stated that one of the youths ran to the other side of the car and picked up a bag containing cash lying on the front seat. He said the two youths fled from the spot, along with their accomplice who was waiting on the bike.

The complainant stated that as he raised the alarm, his neighbours came out of their homes but the robbers had fled by then. He added that the whole incident was captured on a CCTV installed at his house.
