chandigarh: Covid-hit former Indian sprinter Milkha Singh’s health continues to show improvement, said a team of PGI doctors. “He is showing signs of improvement and has been maintaining a good saturation level,” said a doctor. “Milkha Singh is improving and eating well now. Nirmal Milkha Singh meanwhile continues to battle hard,” read a statement issued by the Milkha family. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
