Minerva Academy entered the semifinals of the Punjab Futsal League by clearing the league stage. The academy defeated Punjab Tiger FC and International SC in their first two matches, followed by wins over RCF and Ludhiana City FC.

In their final group game, Minerva trounced Ludhiana City FC 7-1.
