The road to victory was not an easy one for Minerva Academy as they faced tough competition from International FC in the semifinals. However, the local team logged a 5-3 win over it to face the final against Punjab Police FC.

The side logged 5-1 win over it to bag the title. Jagmeet Singh broke the deadlock for Minerva in the 20th minute. He scored two more goals to increase the lead to 3-0. Punjab Police FC tried to initiate a fight back by scoring their only goal of the game, but Karan and Himanshu Jangra added one each to the tally to help Minerva win the title.
