The drive will be carried out jointly by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the Municipal Corporation, and other departments concerned. Chairing a review meeting held at the temple complex, Goel stressed that lakhs of devotees visit the shrine during Navratri and they must be provided with all necessary facilities. He instructed that cleanliness-related works be completed in a time-bound manner, with particular attention to repairing approach roads.

The minister further directed that a nodal officer be appointed to ensure that food served at ‘bhandara’ meets prescribed standards and a weekly menu be prepared to maintain quality. He also called for installation of solar panels on the old-age home and other temple buildings to reduce electricity dependence, alongside priority cleaning, painting and varnishing of all dharamshalas.

Goel urged the shrine board to implement an online booking system for dharamshalas and ensure regular cleaning of toilets, with separate caretakers appointed for male and female facilities. He emphasised that the Chief Minister’s vision of a slum-free Panchkula required strict action against encroachments.

Goel also announced that a master plan for grand development of the Mata Mansa Devi Temple has been prepared, with several beautification works proposed.
