An 84-year-old woman from Punjab’s Dera Bassi, who had inadvertently wandered into Pinjore on the morning of November 19, was safely reunited with her family.

Upon receiving the information, the police took the elderly woman to the station.

Station house officer Inspector Bachchu Singh said the woman was unable to provide any information about herself. Her photograph was circulated across relevant WhatsApp groups, local networks and police communication channels.

Her family members residing in the Dera Bassi area received the information reached the police station. After completing the necessary verification, the team reunited her with her family.
