In the final phase, a simulated hostage situation was staged at the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. The local police, along with the Operations Cell, cordoned off the area, secured all access points, and requested assistance from the NSG.

Multiple NSG ‘HIT teams’ entered the building from the ground, while another team descended from a helicopter using slithering technique.
