Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh’s firm Janta Land Promoters Limited, MGF builders locked in tussle over 18-acre Landran land
Mohali, July 30
After Gurugram police registered a cheating case against Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh to the tune of Rs 150 crore at the DLF Phase 2 police station, the realtor claimed that his firm Janta Land Promoters Limited entered into an agreement with a real estate firm MGF regarding an 18-acre land in Landran, Mohali.
“As MGF dishonoured the agreement, I got a cheating case registered against them at the Sohana police station to the tune of Rs 200-250 crore on March 30. In the High Court, it was agreed to resolve the matter through mediation. But they abruptly got a case registered against my firm on the directions of a lower court,” Singh said.
