The Punjab Government has appointed Jasdeep Singh Kailey, a resident of Phase 7, Mohali, an advocate by profession, as Additional Advocate General.

Jasdeep is from Gharuan village in Mohali district and belongs to a simple family. Jasdeep said he had been into the legal profession for quite some time. In view of this experience, the Punjab Government entrusted him with the responsibility of the Additional Advocate General, he said. Jasdeep said he thanked the Punjab Government for giving an opportunity to serve on this post. He further said, “I belong to Gharuan village in Mohali district. I have been living with my family in Phase 7, Mohali, for the past several years and practice in the Punjab Haryana High Court.”
