Amity University, Mohali, recently hosted the Department of Science and Technology’s INSPIRE Internship Camp. The five-day camp aimed at nurturing scientific talent among students of classes XI and XII in a bid to promote interest in basic and natural sciences. The camp began on August 5. Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali, Director Prof AK Tripathim, as the chief guest, highlighted the critical role of research in shaping the future in his keynote address. University vice-chancellor Prof RK Kohli welcomed the participants. The camp, which concluded on August 9, engaged students in a series of lectures, hands-on lab sessions and interactive activities.
