The Panchkula police seized 67.30 kg of cannabis at Rajiv Colony here and registered a case against two persons.

The police said they received a tip-off regarding two persons, a woman and her son, who were staying at a house in in the colony, being involved in the sale of marijuana.

The police reached the spot and seized four bags from the house.

They recovered 67.30 kg cannabis from a few polythene bags from the site.

The Panchkula police have registered a case against Raj Kumari and her son Lal Singh under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
