Mount Carmel School has been honoured with the Brainfeed School Excellence Award for 2020. The school has been selected among one of the Top 500 Schools of India. A menstruation hygiene session was conducted at Aanchal International School for Classes V to VIII. Basic components of the session were introduction to puberty, physical, psychological and social changes, hygiene management, myths and misconceptions.

Gurukul Global, Chandigarh

To welcome the new season, LKG students of Gurukul Global School took part in a kite-flying activity as part of their course curriculum wherein they were also briefed about the importance of the spring season. Tiny tots brought colorful kites and strings and enjoyed kite flying. tns

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
