The MP said with the provision for the state-of-the-art community centres within the city limits, citizens can now enjoy spacious location near their residences.

The Mayor said the community centre had been constructed at a cost of Rs4.64 crore. The centre had a multipurpose hall, a kitchen and toilets at the ground floor, a room for bride and bridegroom, a dormitory, a store and toilets at the first floor.

On poor performance of the BJP in the MC elections, Kher said the party would review the reasons behind getting the lesser number of seats. She said the party that would be able to get its Mayoral candidate elected would be the real winner. — TNS
