In view of the ensuing Assembly elections, the district administration has decided to speed up the process of special summary revision of photo electoral rolls.

A special campaign will be launched from November 1 to register new votes. Deputy Commissioner Isha Kalia said a special campaign would be held from November 1 to 30 to register/unregister or any amendment in votes. She said the Election Commission of India had announced January 1, 2022, as the cut-off date. — TNS
