The Tricity continued to reel under dry weather on Sunday amid clear skies and humid conditions. The weatherman has predicted no rain in the coming week.

Chandigarh recorded a maximum temperature of 34°C and a minimum of 23.5°C, both close to normal. Mohali registered 33.6°C and Panchkula 32.7°C as day highs, with night temperatures hovering around 23–25°C.

Humidity stayed on the higher side, peaking at 91% in Chandigarh, before dropping to 60% at the lowest. No rainfall was recorded in the region during the past 24 hours.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain mainly clear for the next five days, with maximum temperatures steady at 35–36°C and minimum temperatures around 24–25°C.

No rain is expected in the coming week, predicted the department.
