Ojaswini Saraswat won the overall winner’s trophy during the 1st Governor’s Golf Cup, organised by the Chandigarh Golf Association at the Chandigarh Golf Club today.

Pavani won the girls’ U-19 Net category event with a score of 37, while Anant Kaur (44) claimed the second position. In the boys’ category, Aarav Kumar (26) and Nihaal Cheema (40) claimed the top two positions. In the Gross category, Mahira Sharma (50) won the girls’ event and Tansh Bansal (38) emerged winner in the boys category.

In the sub-junior Net category, Gairat Kahlon (67) and Aryaveer Grewal (69) claimed the titles. In the Gross category, Ojaswini (72) won the girls’ event, and Rabab and Yashank Setia (75) bagged the boys’ title. In the girls’ junior Net category, Amreen Sandhu (75) and Miraaya Sood (83) claimed the medals, while in the boys’ category, Harry Singh (68) and Jitin Kumar (71) won the top positions.

Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chad Kataria awarded the winners alongside RK Pachnanda, president, Chandigarh Golf Association.
