A retired bank employee, P.C Singla, said the sewerage in the area was in a very bad condition for the past over 15 days, posing health risks to the entire neighbourhood. Multiple complaints have been filed by a number of residents, but no concrete action has been taken by the Municipal Corporation authorities, he claimed.

The residents say the dirty water has covered the entire street and reached right close to their gates. Foul smell emanating from the stagnant sewage is giving a tough time to locals.
